DCO server: Memory issue
Some users running DCO 8.0-8.0.3 may experience an out of memory issue on the DCO server. Reboot the server if needed.
The engineering team is investigating and working on providing a fix as soon as possible.
Energy Efficiency: No popup warning for insufficient energy system configuration
Energy systems need a minimum required configuration.
When configuring a new system, if it doesn’t include the minimum required elements, a popup message should warn you of this issue, which will prevent calculations from running. This popup will not appear.
If you don't see any values after configuring an energy system, verify that your configuration fulfils these requirements:
- Switchgear
- Energy Efficiency properties set on the switchgear and PDU
- A PDU connected to the switchgear
- A script configured on the PDU
- IT load properties set to include measured calculation source
- Derate Capacity must be >0
DCO: In multi-user scenarios, some locations may overlap in Map View
When multiple users create locations, sometimes one of the created locations is hidden behind another one in the Map View. To reveal a hidden location and see the capacity overview circle, switch to Design mode (pad lock icon) and drag to move one of the locations.
Vizor: Issues in iOS 10.1.1
Data Center Operation: VIZOR doesn't work in iOS 10.1.1.
Popups appear if you're looking at the log file while upgrading from 8.0 or 8.0.1
If you're looking at the log file during the upgrade process from DCO 8.0 or 8.0.1, some javascript popups will appear in the browser.
These popups are not important to the upgrade and you can just close them.
3D graphics issue
A 3D view graphics issue has been observed on Macintosh computers with Intel 4000 and Intel Iris graphics cards. Specifically, an issue with black screen showing was observed on Macs running macOS Sierra with an Intel HD Graphics 5000 card and DCO 8.0.3. Other versions may also affected.
