Custom Properties Editor view

The view includes a search element that allows you to list only the devices or sensors that match your typed text.

You can select one cell in a custom property column for a device or sensor to modify its value.

Note

The value of a custom property key must be modified one device or sensor at a time.

Column	Description
Device	The hostname or IP address of the device.
Sensor	The name of the sensor.
Type	The type of device.
Model	The model name of the device, if known.
Location	The location of the device, if known.
<custom property key>	Custom property keys, identified by name.

You can use the list, right-click options, and button icons to do the following:

Access the "Manage Custom Property Keys" display to add, remove, or modify custom property keys (Manage Custom Property Keys icon).
Display only devices in the list (Devices button).
Display only sensors in the list (Sensors button).
Identify the columns that appear in the editor (Configure Columns icon).
Choose one sensor type to display in the list, or display all sensors (available in the Sensors list only).
Add a custom property (Add Custom Property Key option).
